Our employees are dedicated to the work they perform which can substantiated by the fact that most have been employed at MOUNTAIN VIEW HOUSE for the past 9 to 20 years. All are cognizant of resident needs and these needs are assessed by getting to know each resident personally with the ultimate goal of allowing the resident their independence. Our employees are at the residents’ beckoned call 24 hour a day providing whatever assistance a resident would need with their activities of daily living.
