Since our beginnings in 1989 we have strived to do our part in transforming the personal care home industry into an integral sector of the provincial governments department of health and have established ourselves as being a leader. Our employees are dedicated to the work they perform, with most employed at MOUNTAIN VIEW HOUSE for the past 9 to 20 years. All are cognizant of resident needs and these needs are assessed by getting to know each resident personally with the ultimate goal of allowing the resident their independence. Our employees are at the residents’ beck and call, 24 hour a day providing whatever assistance a resident would need.
